After the weird "J to tha L-O" and the brilliant "This is me..then", she came back after a little break for about one year. "Rebirth" was her fifth record so far and became her weakest album ever. What is it that this time she is not able to fulfill all our dreams?

"J to tha L-O" is the third record of Jennifer Lopez, but this was only a joke - or not?

"This is me..then" was the fourth record of Jennifer Lopez and made it all clear. With this record she wanted to show us that she can do different things and although the complete album was dedicated to Ben Affleck, she did the best job ever on a record. All songs are more mid-tempo or even ballads, but it works. I heard this album a thousand times and I am still in love with it. "This is me..then" had mostly R&B songs, but also a few beautiful charts songs. "Jenny from the Block" became her biggest hit since 1999 and "All I Have" was another #1 Hit in the US.

In 2001 Jennifer Lopez came back with another record called "J.Lo". Her second album was again a record for the charts. She recorded Dance-Pop, Latin, R&B and Hip Hop for "J.Lo" and it became her most successful album ever in history. Although there are again some weak ballads on this album and some mid-tempo songs sound boring and lame, she was able to record some brilliant songs. "Ain't it funny" is for sure a brilliant song and also "Play" was an amazing song for the charts!

"On the 6" was the first album by Jennifer Lopez in 1999 and she showed that she was and still is an amazing performer on stage! "On the 6" was her chance to become a member of the music business and she did a great job with this album. "Waiting for tonight" and "Let's get loud" are two lovely dance tracks which are still great!
