Hi, as we all know BRAVE, regarless of sales, is a HIT album. Restoring Jen back to her element. She and Epic have stated their plans to release the title track (Brave) as the 3rd single. It is my wish to also have a 4th single released from this cd. Why? When it comes time to release a Jennifer Lopez - "Best Of" or "Singles" collection I would like the best songs on there.
I would like to nominate MILE IN THESE SHOES. It has gotten somewhat exposure from having been the soundtrack for the teaser clip to Desperate Housewives. Also, I think this song is just so great. it has a great melody, lyrics, and overall empowering element. When I first heard it I thought immediately of a James Bond 007 movie. I quickly envisoned the music video for it. It sounds very JLo spy girl. Kinda like Charlize Theron's Aeon Flux.
I would like the support from all of you and want to submit the results to jenniferlopez.com and Epic Records. The record company is ready to abandon the cd due to its minimal success. I want them to hear that her fans are still fighting and supporting the album. A 4th single will only provide better chances to promote the album, that's what singles are meant to do. I would like to see a top music video director to work with Jen and do something incredible for the music video.
