Dear Jennifer:

I wanted to let you know that I bought one of your handbags and I love it. However, through no fault of your own, one of the rivets came off after less than 5 uses. I paid over $200 for this bag. I sure would appreciate if you could look into the quality control aspect, or whatever it is. Thought you'd want to know. Thanks, and best wishes. G.
