Jennifer Lopez’s next flick, ‘The Back-Up Plan,’ will start principal photography on May 11, 2009. The movie will be filmed in Los Angeles, California. There’s no word if they will also be filming in other cities.

‘The Back-Up Plan’ will be one of the first movies from CBS Films and will have a budget ‘well below $40 million’, CBS Corp. president and CEO Leslie Moonves said in February.

According to Deadline Hollywood Daily, CBS has demanded that each existing TV show — even the hit ones — reduce their budgets for next year, if renewed. They also state that the CBS Film division is ready to start production on their features.

Even though ‘The Back-Up Plan’ isn’t their first feature to start filming, it will be the first CBS Films feature that will be shown in theathers January 2009.
